Bespoke Renovations Designed Around Your Home
From unused spaces to tired rooms, a well-planned renovation helps your home work harder, feel better and reflect the way you live every day.
A Bespoke Renovation Full of Hidden Detail
Recently, we had the pleasure of completing this utility renovation for Chris and Laura in Linlithgow. With Laura’s great eye for detail and style, we were able to transform an old outbuilding into a stylish, functional space.

A Hidden Bookcase Door With Real Character
To add a touch of mystery, we created a bespoke hidden bookcase door that blends seamlessly into the wall. Passing through it leads into Chris’s office. From there, we opened up the gable wall to create direct access between the office and the utility room, connecting the space to the main house. Retaining the original exposed stonework in this transition adds another beautiful feature to the renovation.
A Pocket Door To Maximise Space
To maximise space in the utility, we incorporated a pocket door that disappears neatly into the wall. As with most utility rooms, storage was a key priority.

Bespoke Utility Storage With A Built-In Cocktail Bar
A bespoke unit was installed along the end wall to keep shoes organised, while also incorporating a cocktail bar with recessed led striplights.
Velux Windows For A Brighter Finish
On the exterior, a new roof was added with Velux windows to bring maximum natural light in. The render finish with new exterior lights adds a clean, sharp look to the building. On the exterior, a new roof was added with Velux windows to bring maximum natural light in.
